Hello, my name is Kaitlyn and I am the owner and Massage Therapist at Kaity’s Rejuvenation Massage.

I have lived in Strathmore all my life and I absolutely love my community. It feels amazing to be starting this next chapter of my life in my home-town. Recently, I have decided to go out on my own as a mobile massage therapist. I currently have clients throughout Wheatland county, including Strathmore, Standard, Hussar & Rockyford.

I’ve always been involved with my community whether it be through sports, or with 4-H & volunteering and by being involved I learned that I have a passion for helping people.

“Why did you choose this career path?” is a question I get asked a lot. Though it seems like an easy one, it’s a question that I’ve thought long and hard about. The simple answer is to help people. We never truly know what someone is going through and if I can find a way to help, I want to; whether, it be giving a relaxing massage to someone who is feeling stressed or performing a therapeutic treatment to help reduce pain.

Being an athlete, I understand the need to heal quickly in order to get back into the game, as well as the best ways to recover so that you don’t get hurt again. Part of my learning curve as an RMT included learning how massage can help athletes. This in turn, lead to learning about helping the elderly, and non athletes, which increased my want to help others get to enjoy their life to the fullest.
