I absolutely love promoting Hot Stone & Cupping…
Hot stone - The stones are made from Basalt (volcanic) rocks and they are heated to a controlled temperature. They can be used for relaxation, deep tissue and therapeutic treatments for the purpose of releasing muscles while also receiving the added benefits of heat.
Cupping - I provide Dynamic Cupping which involves the use of massage cups while incorporating movement, this helps reduce the likeliness of bruising from cups while promoting circulation, reducing pain and helping stretch muscles.
Paraffin Paradise & Add-ons
Paraffin is a wax treatment that helps provide extra moisture and heat therapy. The treatment usually consists of placing hands or feet in bags with paraffin in them but since were all about being able to target as many areas as possible here you can look forward to paraffin treatments to more areas such as knees, elbow, lower back, etc.
